Website Visitors

Like most website operators, Vogue Stash collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Vogue Stash's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Vogue Stash’s visitors use its website. From time to time,  Vogue Stash may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.  Vogue Stash also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users. IP addresses are used to help diagnose problems with our servers and to administer our website.  Vogue Stash only discloses IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.

In each case,  Vogue Stash collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with Vogue Stash.  Vogue Stash does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.

Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using  Vogue Stash websites, you consent to the transfer of such information to them.  Vogue Stash will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above,  Vogue Stash discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental requests, or when  Vogue Stash believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Vogue Stash, third parties or the public at large. If Vogue Stash, or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that  Vogue Stash goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that are transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that any acquirer of  Vogue Stash may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.

Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) Compliance

“Personal Data” is defined under PDPA to mean data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data, or from that data and other information to which an organization has or is likely to have access. Common examples of personal data could include names, identification numbers, contact information, medical records, photographs and video images.

We will collect your personal data in accordance with the PDPA. We will notify you of the purposes for which your personal data may be collected, used, disclosed and/or processed, as well as obtain your consent for the collection, use, disclosure and/or processing of your personal data for the intended purposes, unless an exception under the law permits us to collect and process your personal data without your consent.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Compliance

If you are a resident of or are located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), you may also have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). Personal data you provide on any of Vogue Stash’s websites is only collected with your consent and may be transmitted outside of the EEA to  Vogue Stash (or computer servers maintained for the benefit of Vogue Stash) pursuant to that consent. In general, under the GDPR you may:

  1. Request access to your personal data
  2. Have incomplete or incorrect data corrected
  3. Have your personal data deleted
  4. Suspend or restrict our use of your personal data, or withdraw your consent
  5. Request a copy of your personal data
  6. Complain to a supervisory authority if you believe your rights under the GDPR are not being respected

Should you request the deletion of your personal data,  Vogue Stash will generally do so as soon as practicable, although your right to have your personal data deleted is subject to exceptions, such as, for example, compliance with a legal obligation or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

If you consider that our processing of your personal information infringes data protection laws, you have a legal right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority responsible for data protection. You may do so in the EU member state of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. Contact Vogue Stash’s Privacy Compliance Officer, if you have concerns regarding your personal data, or wish to exercise any of these listed rights.

Note that, if you are in the EEA, we may transfer your personal data outside of the EEA, including to the United States. By way of example, this may happen if your personal data is transferred to  Vogue Stash servers located in a country outside of the EEA. These countries may not have similar data protection laws to the EEA. By submitting your personal data, you’re agreeing to this transfer, storing or processing. If  Vogue Stash transfers your information outside of the EEA in this way, it will take steps so appropriate security measures are taken with the aim of ensuring that your privacy rights continue to be protected as outlined in this policy.
