EXCHANGE POLICY

Return/ Cancellation Of Order
We regret to inform you that we do not allow any refunds or cancellation of orders after payment has been made.

However, we have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) meet the following conditions. 

Important things to check before you contact our team:

  • Original Packaging
  • Original Condition
  • Tags still intact

Do note that customers are responsible arranging their own return shipping and any costs incurred for the return shipping will be borne by the customer. 

Once returns are received and accepted, we will begin processing the goods exchange. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at support@voguestash.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Missing Items
We sincerely apologize for any missing item(s) from your order.

However, do note that items may be sourced from different locations and could be shipped out separately and delivery times may vary.

Here's a few important things to check before contacting us:

  • Check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
  • If your order has been sent in different parcels then each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you're not missing anything.
  • If your order has multiple tracking numbers, this is a clear indicator that your items are shipped out separately. You could refer to our email to find out which item(s) are shipped separately.

If you notice that there is an item(s) missing after checking the above, please contact us immediately and include the following information.

  • The order number
  • The missing item's name and number

We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
